Order Processing

Retail orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Wholesale orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Method

Retail orders are shipped via UPS. Wholesale orders are also shipped via UPS. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a UPS tracking number. You can track your shipment at ups.com.
